Meet Jim Sebree
Experience on both sides of the books.
Jim spent 18 years in food service, including corporate restaurant management and ownership of two pizza shops. He has managed the realities behind the records: customers, vendors, employees, inventory, equipment problems, slow periods, busy periods, bills, and operating decisions that cannot wait for perfect information.
Since 2017, he has worked in accounting and financial operations, building the discipline required to keep records organized, reconcile accounts, and turn business activity into dependable financial information.
